Both crews have indoor and outdoor jobs to work on, so we will need to plan accordingly as well on the job site. If the skies are clear, all crews might want to possibly work outside, if it is overcast, have some inside and some outside...and in case a shower pops up, crews can go inside and not miss a beat!
Remember, the goal is to finish the work tasks but the greater goal is to minister to the families at each job site. Sometimes, slinging a hammer, painting a board or cutting a 2x4 is important, but cannot overcome that human touch of building relationships, having someone to talk to and having the group pray for you!
